Questions and answers
Is every tool really free?
Yes. All 43 tools, including text recognition (OCR), redaction, stamps and signatures, run for free with no limit on how often, one file per run (merge and a few others take their files together).
What does Pro add?
The Pass features (batches, saved steps) in all nine Orihako tools, for good. On PDF: several steps in one run, up to 20 files at once, conditions and name rules, recipes kept as files, and automation with the AI agent. It works on up to 3 of your own devices; the features you bought stay yours, and new features added within a year of purchase are included.
Why so cheap for unlimited runs?
Your files are processed on your device, not on our servers. Running a recipe a thousand times costs us nothing, so we do not charge per run.
How does the Business subscription work?
Business renews every year and works in up to 5 browsers. If you cancel, it keeps working until the end of the paid year. Folder automation needs Chrome or Edge.
Receipts, and moving to another computer?
Our payment partner e-mails a receipt right after purchase. To move a key, remove it on this page in the old browser (while online), then enter it in the new one.
Can I get a refund?
No. Purchases are not refunded. Please try the free tools first (one file per run); you can also start with the 7-day pass and move to Pro.
Can I switch from a 7-day pass to Pro?
Yes. While your 7-day pass is active, this page offers Pro minus the price of the pass, and the discount is filled in at checkout. Discounts do not add up; the better one is used.
