When to use it

When a landlord or an employer asks for a copy of your ID, a watermark naming the recipient and the purpose makes the copy harder to reuse. This recipe turns your photos into a PDF, adds the watermark, then turns each page into an image and back into a PDF, so the watermark cannot be removed on its own. Change the watermark text to the recipient and the date before you run it.
