E-invoice reader (Factur-X, ZUGFeRD)
Read the invoice data attached inside Factur-X, ZUGFeRD and XRechnung PDFs: seller, number, dates and amounts into a CSV, the XML saved beside, files renamed from it.
Your files are never sent anywhere.
How to use it
- Drop your e-invoice PDFs.
- Choose whether to rename them, and the name pattern.
- Press Run, then download e-invoices.csv, the XML files and the renamed PDFs.
Questions and answers
Which invoices can it read?
PDFs with the invoice XML attached, as Factur-X, ZUGFeRD and XRechnung do, and PDFs carrying a UBL invoice. A PDF without it is listed as none.
Does it check that the invoice is valid?
No. It reads what the XML says; it does not validate it against the standard.
Are my invoices uploaded?
No. Everything happens in your browser; nothing is sent anywhere.
