Orihako PDF

Sign and send back

Put your signature or seal and the date on a PDF you received: it is fixed into the page, made smaller and named "<name>_signed.pdf", ready to attach to your reply.

Your files are never uploaded.

How to use it

  1. Drop the PDF you received.
  2. Press "Place my saved signature", "Place my saved seal" or "Place today's date", then click where it goes on the page. The first time, make one with Signature or Seal in the toolbar.
  3. Press Run: a fixed, smaller PDF named _signed comes back. Attach it to your reply.

Questions and answers

Where are my signature and seal kept?

Only in this browser, when "Keep it on this device" is ticked; they are not uploaded. A seal is kept as its words and shape and shows the date of the day it is placed. "Forget" removes either at any time.

Is it a legal signature?

It is a picture showing agreement, like a scanned signature or seal; it is not a digital signature with a certificate. Check what the other side accepts.

Does fixing and shrinking change how it looks?

No. What you placed and any form fields are drawn into the page so they cannot be edited, and the file is made smaller without lowering picture quality. If it does not get smaller, it keeps its size.
